Upfront Pat managed the quotation process, and found the right balance of being able to lock in many things that we needed or were required, while also providing options and 'what ifs' for us to choose from as we went, or due to the variability of a project this size.

After we agreed, the MW team was great during the project. They were there every day when they stated they would be, and if anything different than expected came up, Pat and Nick were quick to give a call and have a chat to figure out the best course of action together and transparently. When new ideas came up, the change management process was clear and transparent, and work only began if we all agreed.

The project finished on time and within our agreed quote, and if anything arose after completion Pat came out to assess and chat. The quality of the work is high; it's been nearly 6 months since completion of our project and we've had no issues or concerns.

"My wife, Maura, and I recently chose to remodel our 1955 ranch-style home. Purchased by us in 2000, the previous and original owner hadn’t made many upgrades to our home, and it was severely dated and did not have an open plan whatsoever.
